In 2022, as I networked in the Boston startup world, I stumbled upon a startup in need of developers. As a favor to their founder, I connected them with my talented cousin in Ecuador.

Little did I know that this favor would indirectly become my first placement in the staffing and recruitment world.

After my cousin secured the position, I began to realize the immense value exchange inherent in staffing, particularly when it comes to finding the perfect long-term hire for a team.

More importantly, I saw how my cousin's life changed completely. His income doubled, working remotely for a U.S.-based company, which enabled him to fully provide for his family, access better opportunities for his kids, and significantly improve their quality of life.

Seeing that impact firsthand opened my eyes to the true social impact of entrepreneurship. Coming from an immigrant background, I understand what it feels like to face limited opportunities and the daily struggles of poverty.

This inspired my mission with Interlix Staffing: Help 1,000 remote professionals in Latin America secure remote jobs in the U.S., because when we elevate individuals, we uplift entire communities.

This journey isn’t just about business; it’s about making a difference.
